The house at Große Burstah 29–31 is a true architectural gem that has remained hidden from most people until now: the HINDENBURGHAUS.

Located between the town hall and Rödingsmarkt, right in the heart of Hamburg, the building has an exciting and eventful history. It was intended to be a hotel, fashion store, office building and residence all in one. By blending old and new, the building embodied the traditions and values of the city for a long time. But the proud house, which resembles a castle on the inside, eventually fell into a deep sleep.

Now, the HINDENBURGHAUS has been reawakened. It has been spruced up, is once again a vibrant part of the city and radiates its magic anew.
