THE EMBASSIES. Creating a best-in-class customer journey is at the core at THE EMBASSIES experience. As our SERVICE DESIGNER /
CX DESIGNER you will be central in designing every part of THE EMBASSIES experience both offline and online, work closely with the leadership team and be exposed to the entire EMBASSIES ecosystem.
Defining the experience of our Ambassadors from first interaction, welcome, concierge, amenities, etc.
Creation/refinement of personas, service blueprints, user journeys, and wireframes
Role definitions incl. staff, Ambassadors, service providers, etc.
User interviews, surveys, reporting
Concept testing, prototyping
Sprint based collaboration
Remote / IRL work, co-working/flex desk (incl.)
5+ years of experience
Strong background in brand, customer experience, service design
Problem-solving mindset mindset
Natural curiosity for new tools and platforms and an intrinsic curiosity to learn
Fluency in English
Place of work can be flexible, but regular travel is mandatory
