It will manifest as a global network of premium residences for the 60+ demographic, where quality of life will be paramount. We believe it’s time to make people look forward to tomorrow. The first locations are in negotiations currently and we are looking for a person with a proven track record, to come on board and change the future with us.
As Manager Finance/ Special Operations, you are going to be the central figure within THE EMBASSIES regarding all finance and special operations projects.
You are reporting directly to the CEO and your primary responsibility will be to manage day to day finance operations and support the team in the long-term financial planning and manage special operations for the Group.
Report directly to CEO
Manage the office of the Chairman (organize quarterly board meetings, reporting, etc.)
Head day to day finance operations
Financial reporting, budget forecasts, business planning
Work closely with the development team (financial due diligence & real estate financing)
Swiss & German tax reporting / audit (with respective tax / audit partners)
Back-office, travel management, inventory (hardware, software licenses etc.)
Lead upcoming financing rounds
Profound experience required
Proven track-record in managing complex projects and stakeholders
Passion for finance, real estate, hospitality and healthcare market
Highly organized and enjoying a flexible working environment
Digital tool proficiency (CMS systems, project management software, etc.)
Favorably a degree in management, finance or operations
Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with P&L responsibility
Fluent in English and German
Natural curiosity to learn
Excellent people and communication skills
