COPYWRITER / EDITOR

July 2021, Zurich, Cologne, Remote

As Copywriter / Editor, you are going to be the voice of THE EMBASSIES in all online and offline communication. Your primary responsibility will be conceptualizing, strategizing, sourcing, executing, editing, copywriting and content creation, production and commissioning. In your role as Copywriter / Editor you are going to create the narrative.

Responsibilities

  • Copywriting for all media channels offline and online

  • Execution of communication and positioning strategy

  • Create content that is best in class, actionable, resonates and increases our audience

  • Manage own- and paid media channels to increase awareness and engagement

  • Curate, create and editorialize content

  • Build up thought leadership position for THE EMBASSIES

  • Commission and manage external agencies and freelancers

  • Full budget responsibility

  • Report directly to CEO

Requirements

  • Senior-level: At least five or more years experience as copywriter, editor or content producer

  • Proven track record in the hospitality, property, travel, leisure business

  • Natural curiosity for new tools and platforms and an intrinsic curiosity to learn

  • Experience in managing multiple project streams within a challenging constraint of time and budget

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with P&L responsibility

  • Passion for hospitality, real-estate and healthcare market

  • Favorably a degree in literature, architecture, communications or equivalent practical experience

  • Profound technical skills in content creation, management tools, production of digital + print projects

  • Fluency in English, German and preferably additional language

  • Highly organized and enjoying a flexible working environment

  • High travel demand
